The Heart Nebula is an emission nebula located in the Perseus Arm of our Milky Way Galaxy in the constellation of Cassiopeia. The Fish Head Nebula is situated on the top right corner of the image. Situated at 7,500 light years from the Earth the Heart nebula contains a small group of stars known as Collinder 26 whose intense radiation drives the nebulas morphology.
